This will be the third Cascara Coffee location in Michigan. The other two locations are on North Linden Road in Clio and Rochester Road in Rochester Hills.

Where is Cascara Coffee Opening in Fenton?

Cascara Coffee is at 104 South Leroy Street. The building was formerly home to Bridge Street Exchange, which closed in December 2025.

As you can see in the photos above, renovations are underway.

What is on the menu at Cascara Coffee?

Cascara Coffee offers classic coffee beverages, signature drinks, a variety of teas, kid-friendly drinks, seasonal selections, desserts, pastries, and more.

Cascara Coffee also offers catering services for weddings, showers, parties, open houses, and any other occasion - no matter how big or small.

The spot sounds like a great addition to the Fenton area. As of now, there is no opening date other than 'coming soon'. I will keep you posted once an official date is announced. You can also follow the Cascara Coffee Fenton Facebook page for additional updates.

I may have to hit up the Clio location in the meantime to try a Cookie Butter Mocha.

Congratulations to the team at Cascara Coffee on your upcoming third location. It is exciting to see the business continue to grow and bring its coffee, signature drinks, and more to Fenton.
