Instagram says they're not testing this at the moment...sort of.

A tweet from an engineer yesterday set off a social media frenzy with the rumor that Instagram is testing a version of the app that hides "likes" from everybody BUT the user.

This would create all kinds of problems for "influencers," aka people who get millions of likes and promote products on their social media pages.

However, Instagram claims that they are NOT testing this at the moment, but instead says that they are "exploring ways to reduce pressure" on the site.
