Brenda and I spoke with Reverend Charles Williams II, president of the Michigan Chapter of the National Action Network, who is demanding answers from Hurley Hospital over a case last October in which an African American nurse in Hurley’s neo-natal intensive care unit was reassigned at the request of the father of an infant who was under the nurse’s care.

Is this a case of “modern day Jim Crow,” and “institutional racism” at Hurley Hospital, as Reverend Williams alleged in our interview today, or is it just another frivolous and unmerited lawsuit?  Listen to the interview and see what you think:
