On Thursday, December 1, Hamilton Community Health Network (HCHN) and the Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for for HCHN's new flagship medical facility in Flint.

The new 31,000 square-foot facility expands on the medical services currently available at six HCHN clinics operating in the region and provides additional services including dental, vision, behavioral health, specialty health and pharmacy services.

The event included remarks from Clarence Pierce, HCHN CEO; Tim Herman, Regional Chamber CEO; Jaime Curtis, Chairman Genesee County Board of Commissioners; Archie LeFlore, HCHN Board Chair; Flint Mayor Dayne Walling; Dr. Michael Giacalone, HCHN Chief Medical Officer and Woodrow Stanley, Michigan State Senator.

The new facility opened to the public on yesterday.
