Grand Opening for Davison Farmers Market this Weekend

The Davison Farmers Market will host a grand opening on Saturday. The new market features two main pavilions, one enclosed and one open, that will house over 70 vendors. Market co-owner Mark Wood said: we have special event planned throughout the day to celebrate the opening of the market. More importantly we have well-established and popular vendors ready to provide you with the freshest produce and baked goods, choicest meats, flowers, seafood, cheeses, deli sandwiches, smoothies and so much more."

Some of the events scheduled for Saturday include potato sack races, a kids corner with games and prizes, pie eating contest and more culminating with the D&W Windows & Sunrooms Smart Car and TV Giveaway. Our sister station, Cars 108, will also broadcast live from 10 a.m. until noon.

The Davison Farmers Market will be open year-round from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and offers over 600 parking spaces in safe, secure and clean environment.
