Flint Symphony Orchestra to Hold Special Perfomance

The Flint Symphony Orchestra is holding a special performance of Around the World in 80 Musical Minutes this Saturday, January 28, at The Whiting.

The concert, which will feature music from Chinese composer Ge Gan-Ru, will take listeners around different parts of the world where there will get to experience different types of musical selections from those locales.  Also appearing with conductor Enrique Diemecke will be 2011 Byrd Competition winner Ketevan Kartvelishvili on Piano.
