Flint Emergency Manager to Hold Briefing and Update Snow Removal

Emergency Manager Darnell Earley will hold a briefing Thursday morning at Flint City Hall where he is expected to give an update on snow removal from last weekend's winter storm.

Earley will also update a lawsuit filed against the City by retirees, talk about the Blue Ribbon Committee and discuss the next city council meeting.
