Flint Emergency Manager Ed Kurtz Presents New Budget

Flint Emergency Manager Ed Kurtz presented the new city budget to the Finance Committee of the Flint City Council on Monday afternoon.

The comprehensive budget entitled "Setting a Sustainable Course for the City of Flint" includes a strategic plan, five year projections, and the proposed Fiscal Year 2014 budget.
