Flint EM Brown Accepts Letter of Resignation from Police Chief Alvern Lock
Flint Emergency Manager Mike Brown accepted a letter of resignation from Police Chief Alvern Lock today. The effective date of the resignation has yet to be determined. Lock has been police chief since 2009. See Lock's letter of resignation below:
