Five New Millionaires In Michigan Thanks To Record Powerball
Three winning tickets will split the record $1.5 Billion Powerball jackpot, but none of the tickets were sold in Michigan. That doesn't mean that a few people in Michigan didn't wake up very happy Thursday morning.
The three jackpot tickets were sold in California, Tennessee, and Florida. Those lucky winners will each receive around $528 Million each.
Michigan did have our fair share of winners though, as five people won $1 Million for matching all five numbers. Those tickets were sold in the following locations
- Grand Rapids D&W
- Horton Horton Depot
- Iron Mountain Freedom Valu Center
- Cadillac Admiral gas station
- Holly Beacon & Bridge Market
None of the Million dollar winners have come forward yet, but the weekend definitely started a day early this week.
