Thomas Smith Memorial Foundation Fundraiser

Thomas Smith, a 17-year-old Flushing High School senior, died of sudden cardiac arrest on January 29, 2011. 4-5 Michigan school students will die from undetected heart ailments every year.

The purpose of the foundation is to make sure all high school student have access to free heart screenings by raising funds to provide hospitals with mobile cardiac equipment.

Please join us for our 1st fundraiser, lunch at City Shoppes Cafe. City Shoppes Cafe is donating 20% of all sales to the Thomas Smith Memorial Foundation.
