3rd annual Le Champion Pave Criterium

The Crim Fitness Foundation will host the 3rd annual Le Champion Pave criterium, a one-day bicycle race, on the historic bricks of downtown Flint.

"Bricks prove to be more challenging for cyclists, and therefore more exciting in the racing world," said Events Coordinator Ali Harris. "This will be a great opportunity for the community to get a front row seat to the world of competitive bike racing. Flint always has great events going on and watching racers whizzing by can only add to the excitement."

The race will consist of a one-mile loop in the center of downtown where professional cyclists and hand-cyclists are will be competing for cash prizes in various Men's and Women's categories.

The family-friendly event will include a children's race, community ride, and opportunities to learn more about active living and local bicycle organizations. The public is welcome to view the event and take part in the community ride for free.
