Truck Drives Into Group of Protesters In Flint Injuring Multiple People

A planned 'Fight For 15' protest has turned tragic this morning in Flint as a truck has driven through a group of protesters. The protest was to help give the right of fast food workers to join unions and raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour.

Details are still coming in from multiple sources about what exactly happened, but we do know that Dort Highway is shut down.

The protest was supposed to be part of the #FightFor15 movement involving workers from the McDonalds on Dort and Lapeer. This is also a very big deal because the protesters were going to be joined by Mayor Karen Weaver and Gretchen Whitmer who is running for Governor.
