Woman Dies, Child Injured in Genesee County Crash [Video]

A woman is dead and a child seriously injured after a car crash on Tuesday night in Mundy Township. According to WNEM, the crash happened around 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Hill and Fenton Roads. Police say the woman lost control of her car and crashed into a tree. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A 9-year-old boy was also in the vehicle and was transported to Hurley Medical Center for treatment. His condition is currently unknown. Police are still investigating what caused the accident.
