Wine, Women and Chocolate Event to Benefit Local Organizations

An upcoming event will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint and the IMA Recreation Association. The ninth annual Wine, Women and Chocolate event.

This is a women's only event and will be full of fun and excitement! There will be a 5K snow shoe, cross country ski and walking route on the grounds of the beautiful Brookwood Golf Course. During the walk there will be hospitality tents set up with coffee, teas, soup, chocolate and wine!  Afterwards, ladies who attend will also  be able to relax while getting pampered from mini-massages, manicures, make up tips and more.

Attendees must be 21 years of age and space is limited so register now for a small fee of $50. All proceeds raised will be split between the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Flint and the IMA Recreation Association which is a non-profit organization that offers recreational activities for children and adults in the Genesee County community.

The event will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. with wine testing beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the IMA Brookwood Golf Course located at 6045 Davison Road in Burton.
