A child has been caught on camera throwing a puppy into the street multiple times. According to ABC 12, the incidents occurred on Flint's east side. A neighbor caught the little boy in the act last week and tried to stop him, but it didn't work. The nieghbor posted the video on Facebook and that's when Genesee County Sheriff Robert Pickell stepped in. Pickell - who says he was horrified just like everybody else - says the puppy has been checked out by a veterinarian and is not injured. Pickell says the incident remains under investigation, however he believes the boys grandfather is at fault saying "he's the owner of the puppy and he is the one that should have been watching the child." The case could be before a special prosecutor later this week and the dog will remain in a safe place while the investigation continues.
