Tonight On The Tom Sumner Program

A ceremony launching a public and private partnership to expand and improve broadband technology was held at The White House today including the signing of two executive orders by President Obama.  Host Tom Sumner participated in a White House press conference about today’s launch and shares excerpts tonight on The Tom Sumner Program beginning at 6 p.m. The program also features Nuclear Regulatory Commission spokesperson Vika Mitlyng (Region III) talking about nuclear power safety and the planned shutdown of the Pallisades Nuclear Power Plant in southwest Michigan for repairs to a water tank.
