The upcoming sports calendar is highlighted by the best players on the PGA Tour vying for 2013′s last major title. Here’s what to watch this weekend:

Friday, August 9

2013 PGA Championship — Second Round

Oak Hill Country Club, Rochester, N.Y.; 1 p.m. (ET) on TNT — through August 11
The world’s best golfers will battle for the final major title of the 2013 season in Rochester, N.Y. As usual, all eyes will be on Tiger Woods after his win at the Bridgestone Invitational last weekend. Defending champ Rory McIlroy is expected to contend as well.

Saturday, August 10

Baltimore Orioles at San Francisco Giants

AT&T Park, San Francisco; 4:05 p.m. (ET) on Fox
Still in the thick of the American League Wild Card chase, the Baltimore Orioles (63-51) travel to San Francisco to face the Giants (50-63), who have fallen into last place in the National League West. Baltimore will send Scott Feldman (9-9, 4.10) to the mound, while the Giants will counter with Chad Gaudin (5-2, 2.56).

World Series of Fighting 4

Citizens Bank Arena in Ontario, Calif; 10:30 p.m. (ET) on NBC Sports Network
The World Series of Fighting mixed martial arts showcase comes to California this weekend. A light heavyweight bout between Tyrone Spong (1-0, 1-0 WSOF) and Angel DeAnda (11-2, 0-0 WSOF) headlines the card which also includes Marlon Moraes vs. Brandon Hempleman; Ray Sefo vs. Dave Huckaba; Nick Newell vs. Keon Caldwell; and more.

Sunday, August 11

Cheez-It 355 at The Glen

Watkins Glen International, Watkins Glen, N.Y.; 1:19 p.m. (ET) on ESPN
The 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup series rolls into upstate New York for a road race on the track at Watkins Glen. Jimmie Johnson is still 77 points ahead of second-place Clint Bowyer in the Cup standings. Marcos Ambrose captured the checkered flag at this race in 2012.

2013 PGA Championship — Final Round

Oak Hill Country Club, Rochester, N.Y.; 2 p.m. (ET) on CBS
The final round of the 2013 PGA Championship will determine the winner of the season’s last major title.

Tampa Bay Rays at Los Angeles Dodgers

Dodger Stadium, Los Angeles; 8:05 p.m. (ET) on ESPN
Two of baseball’s hottest teams over the past two months wrap up a three-game series at Chavez Ravine. Tampa Bay (66-47) will start Jeremy Hellickson (10-5, 4.77) against Dodgers’ hitters like Adrian Gonzalez, Yasiel Puig and Hanley Ramirez. Los Angeles starts ace lefty Clayton Kershaw (10-7, 1.91), who can stifle any lineup at any time.
