The Travel Channel Hits Up Detroit Restaurants

Huge fan of the Travel Chanel, so I am so excited to find out what 'foodie' Andrew Zimmerman thinks of the Detroit eateries he checks out.

The Travel Chanel will be showing his time in Detroit this weekend at 10am on the Travel Chanel.

Andrew and his crew will be at downtown Detroit's new Mootz Pizzeria, also hitting D'Vine Cookies which is a new dessert shop in Ferndale, and I have heard wonderful things about this place.

Other Michigan spots that Andrew Zimmerman will be checking out..  :: Lebanese AL-.Ameer,  Lady of the House, the Russell Street Deli and Bert's Marketplace in Detroit's Eastern Market.

Zimmerman and the crew will also stop at Hazel Park and grab a slice or 2 at Loui's  Pizza.     Many time when going out to eat, some of just go to the usual spots.   Hopefully after watching this show we will be ready to try something new and not just in the Detroit area but all over our wonderful state.

Tip: don't settle for Detroit style Coney's,  Flint style will always be better.
