Two suspects are still being sought for the robbery of a local jewelry store. On Friday, Flint Township police responded to a hold up alarm at Medawar Jewelers on S. Linden Road. Jury Finds Flint Man Guilty in 2010 of Murdering Two During Robbery

A Genesee County jury has found a Flint man guilty of murder related to the 2010 robbery that left two people dead, according to Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton.

Stanley Lajan Smith, Jr., 23 of Flint, has been found guilty of eight felony counts including the murders of Martarien Wilson, 27 years old, and Porsche Turner, 15 years old
