There’s a lot of great new stuff coming to Netflix Instant next month, but just as we prepare to load up our queues with the latest additions, so must we prepare to say goodbye to a handful of expiring titles. Now would be a good time to stop procrastinating and stop watching before these movies and TV shows disappear — possibly for a long, long time. Chances are, you or someone you know either shares their Netflix and HBO Go passwords or benefits from using someone else’s account. It’s such a common occurrence that, when asked about it, even the CEO of HBO was like, “No big deal,” then he tipped his shades and sent out a memo with a shrug emoticon — okay, I made that last part up, but if even that guy doesn’t care, then what’s the problem? The sad flip side of every month’s new Netflix releases is this post, which is the list of stuff expiring on Netflix next month. On July 1 some big catalog titles vanish from the streaming service, including Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey and A Clockwork Orange, and the first seven Star Trek movies. If you’re looking to pre-game Beyond with a marathon re-watch, you’ve only got about 9 days to do that.

The short version: There’s lots of new stuff coming to Netflix this May, including the returns of Netflix Originals Bloodline and Grace and Frankie. The second Adam Sandler Netflix movie arrives (that’s The Do-Over, with David Spade), and on the not-made-by-Netflix side of things you’ve got the recent movie version of Goosebumps with Jack Black (which was actually pretty great), Alfred Hitchcock’s To Catch a Thief, and the powerful satire Pleasantville.

Streaming markets are still evolving, between features available, tiered subscriptions, pricing and more, and Netflix, granddaddy of them all, will soon up their prices without a majority of customers realizing. Say goodbye to those grandfathered into the Standard Netflix subscription, as you’ll be forking over an additional $2.00 each month without realizing.

Netflix added another bankable success to its brand of sketch comedy reviving W/ Bob and David, and if they’re ever going to fulfill plans to double down on original content, they’ll need a sketch comedy all their own. Enter The Characters, a new eight-part sketch series with guest stars from SNL, Broad City and more.

House of Cards isn’t the type of series to keep every last bit of detail under wraps until its premiere, but Season 4 footage has been hard to come by, promotion instead focused on ominous campaign ads of the Underwood trail. At long last, however, we finally have our first real footage in a new teaser, and none less ominous.

Surprise! Earlier this week, word got around that Daredevil Season 2 might go head to head against Batman and Superman with a March 25 premiere, but it seems Matt Murdock will beat even the world’s finest to the punch.
