Flint City Hall to Close on Martin Luther King Day

Flint City Hall will be closed on Monday, January 20 in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday. City Hall will reopen on Tuesday, January 21.

The City says waste collection from Republic Services will not be affected by the holiday and will occur as regularly scheduled

City of Flint Tree Lighting Ceremony to Honor Fallen Flint Police, Firefighters

The City of Flint will hold a memorial tree lighting ceremony in front of City Hall on Friday. 

There will be a tree for firefighters and a tree for police officers to honor those who have fallen in the line of duty
