Storms Leave Close to 1,000 Without Power in Genesee County

Storms that blew through most of southeastern Michigan on Monday night have left close to 1,000 without power in parts of Genesee County. According to WNEM, the latest numbers from Consumers Energy are:

  • 110 customers are without power north of Gaines
  • 71 customers are without power in Gaines
  • 621 customers without power between Swartz Creek and Mundy Township near Bishop International Airport
  • 77 customers without power north of Baldwin Road
  • 92 customers without power in Clayton Township
  • A number of small outages within the City of Flint, Davison and Grand Blanc
