The United States Supreme Court begins hearings today on health care. Today is just the first round, however, and is more about the rules of the argument according to Fox News.

The rule in question is from an 1867 tax law that prohibits lawsuits, like the one challenging the health care law or Obamacare, from going forward until someone actually pays the insurance tax penalty. Those penalties will not be know until 2015 when the IRS collects its first payments from uninsured taxpayers.

There is a possibility because of this rule, that the justices could postpone hearing the case for three years.
