We could ALL have guessed that this was going to happen eventually, no?

Michigan's Talent and Economic Development Department has launched a $3 million campaign to encourage workers to forgo a four-year degree and get into a skilled trade.

Jobs include construction, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive and information technology. Basically, you need SOME training, but not a Bachelor's Degree.

The Department says that, by the end of 2026, the state will need to fill over 500,000 skilled-labor jobs...because older workers are retiring.
