Best Known For: A 10-time All-Star pitcher, Whitey Ford pitched for the New York Yankees from 1950 to 1967, serving in the military in 1951-52. Ford was named the American League Rookie of the Year in 1950. One of the best post-season pitchers of all time, Ford was a member of the Yankees' teams that won the World Series in 1950, 1953, 1956, 1958, 1961 and 1962. Ford won the Cy Young Award in 1961. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1974.

George Bell
Age: 53
Profession: Retired MLB Player
Best Known For: A three-time All-Star outfielder, George Bell played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox during his career from 1981 to 1993. A three-time winner of the Silver Slugger Award as the best offensive player in the league at his position, Bell was also named the American League's Most Valuable Player in 1987. Bell, Lloyd Moseby and Jesse Barfield comprised the Blue Jays' outfield for several years.

Khalil Greene

Best Known For: Khalil Greene is a shortstop who played for the San Diego Padres and St. Louis Cardinals during his career from 2003 to 2009. After having several successful seasons, Greene was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. He has not played in the major leagues since 2009.

Zack Greinke
Age: 29
Profession: MLB Player
Best Known For: Zack Greinke is a starting pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Since debuting in the major leagues in 2004, Greinke has pitched for the Kansas City Royals, Milwaukee Brewers and the Angels. He won the American League Cy Young Award in 2009 while with the Royals. Greinke left baseball briefly in 2006 to deal with psychological issues.

Ricky Rubio

Profession: NBA Player
Best Known For: Blessed with incredible passing and ball-handling skills, Ricky Rubio is a point guard for the Minnesota Timberwolves. After playing in several European leagues as a teen, Rubio became the first man born in the 1990s to be drafted by an NBA team, when the Timberwolves selected him in 2009. After a successful start to his rookie season in 2011-12, Rubio tore his anterior cruciate ligament in March of 2012. He still finished second in NBA Rookie of the Year voting to Kyrie Irving. Rubio was a member of the Spanish national team that won the silver medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
