Favre was a member of the Green Bay Packers’ team that won Super Bowl XXXI. Near the end of his career, Favre often retired or hinted at retirement, then came back to play at the start of the regular season.

While playing for the St. Louis Blues in 2000, Pronger won the Hart Trophy as the league’s most valuable player and the Norris Trophy as the best defenseman.
