Profession: Retired MLB Player
Best Known For: A five-time All-Star pitcher, Mel Stottlemyre played for the New York Yankees from 1964 to 1974. After retiring as a player, Stottlemyre served as a pitching coach for the New York Mets, Houston Astros, New York Yankees and Seattle Mariners from 1984 to 2008. Stottlemyre was the pitching coach for the Mets’ team that won the World Series in 1986 and the Yankees’ teams that won the World Series in 1996 and 1998-2000. His sons, Todd and Mel Jr., both pitched in the major leagues.

Gilbert Perreault
Age: 62
Profession: Retired NHL Player
Best Known For: A nine-time NHL All-Star center, Gilbert Perreault played for the Buffalo Sabres from 1970 to 1987. He is the Sabres all-time franchise leader in games played, goals, assists, points and more. Perrault, along with Rene Robert and Rick Martin, formed the Sabres’ ‘French Connection’ line. Perreault won the Calder Trophy as the league’s top rookie in 1971 and the Lady Byng Trophy for sportsmanship in 1973. Perreault was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1990.

Vinny Testaverde
Age: 49
Profession: Retired NFL Player
Best Known For: A two-time Pro Bowl quarterback, Vinny Testaverde played for seven teams from 1987 to 2007. After winning the Heisman Trophy at Miami, Testaverde was selected with the first-overall pick of the 1987 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In his 21 seasons in the NFL, Testaverde suffered 123 losses, the most by a starting quarterback in league history. He threw touchdown passes to an NFL-record 70 different receivers.

Metta World Peace
Age: 33
Profession: NBA Player
Best Known For: Born Ron Artest, Metta World Peace is a forward for the Los Angeles Lakers. World Peace has been in the league since 1999, playing for the Chicago Bulls, Indiana Pacers, Sacramento Kings and Houston Rockets, in addition to the Lakers. World Peace won the NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award in 2004 while with the Pacers. He was also selected as an NBA All-Star that year. World Peace was on the Lakers’ team that won the NBA title in 2010. He was suspended for 86 games in the 2004-2005 season for his part in a brawl with the Detroit Pistons and their fans at The Palace in Auburn Hills, Mich. World Peace was suspended for a flagrant elbow to the head of Oklahoma City Thunder player James Harden at the end of the 2011-12 season.

Asdrúbal Cabrera
Age: 27
Profession: MLB Player
Best Known For: Asdrúbal Cabrera plays shortstop for the Cleveland Indians. He has played with the team since making his debut in 2007. Cabrera was named an American League All-Star in 2011 and 2012. He won the Silver Slugger Award in 2011 as the best offensive player in the league at his position.
