A second person has been charged in the beating death of a Flint homeless man.

The Detroit Free Press reports a 15-year-old has been charged as an adult with murder, torture and unarmed robbery of 57-year-old Gary Nagy. His body was found last week outside McKinley Middle School.

Peris Dorsette, 20, of Flint was the first person to be charged in the death of Nagy. On Sunday, he was arraigned on first-degree murder and torture charges.

Nagy was a resident of Tent City, a former homeless encampment on the site of a former GM parking lot in Burton.
