Scottish Deerhound Wins Westminster Dog Show [VIDEO]

Hickory, a Scottish Deerhound, has taken best in show at the Westminster Dog Show.

Although Hickory was the sixth-ranked show dog in the world, her victory was still an upset of sorts because it is the first time a Scottish Deerhound has grabbed the top prize in Westminsterís 80-year history.

Scottish Deerhounds are a relatively rare breed in the United States and resemble Irish Wolfhounds. After winning the championship, Hickory officially retired from competition. Read on to see a video of Hickory.
