Repairs to be Made to Grand Blanc Road, Reid Road Railroad Crossings

Due to repairs needed on the railroad crossing at both Grand Blanc Road and Reid Road, temporary road closures are being planned from May 7 through May 25.

For both projects, signage will be in place for traffic information. Motorists are urged to use caution when approaching these areas, as detours will be necessary to re-route traffic. One crossing at a time will be closed while work is being done.

Traffic delays can be expected and the schedules could vary according to weather and equipment related issues. The repairs are being made as a joint effort between the City of Grand Blanc and CSX Railroad.
