The League of Women Voters - Flint Area will host a public forum this week on State ballot Proposal 15-1, a proposed sales tax increase that would generate funds to fix Michigan roads.

The free forum asks 'What do Michigan Voters Need to Know' and will feature panelists who will present information from their perspective before taking questions from the audience. Panelists include: Pam Faris, 48th District State Representative; John Daly, Manager/Director, Genesee County Road Commission; Polly Kent, Administrator, MDOT and Bob Schneider, Director of State Affairs, Citizen's Research Council - Michigan. The forum will be moderated by Matt Franklin of ABC 12.

The forum will be held on Tuesday, April 14th at Mott Community College's Regional Technology Center. It begins at 7:30 p.m.
