Flint EM Approves New Ordinance for Owners of Dogs that Attack

Emergency Manager Darnell Earley has approved a new ordinance for owners of dogs that attack. According to the Detroit News, Earley signed the revised ordinance last month making the owners of dogs that attack - people or other dogs - subject to penalties of up to 90 days in jail, a fine of at least $250 and a minimum of 240 hours of community service.
