If you haven't heard, there was a NAACP office bombing in Colorado Springs early Tuesday morning and it has started a FBI investigation. It is not classified as a terrorist attack but seems to be more racially driven. They have a suspect in mind but are still looking at evidence.

A makeshift bomb was detonated along side the NAACP building but failed to ignite a gasoline can found near the explosion.  The Denver office of the FBI are looking for balding white male, around the age of 40, who was seen leaving the scene in a white pickup truck.

According to CNN, a witness stated,

"All of a sudden I heard this big boom. "There was smoke everywhere the building on the side was burnt."

"Whoever did it took off right away though. That's all I heard and it was scary."

Witnesses and NAACP member in Colorado Springs believe the office was targeted seeing as though the building adjacent was a hair salon. There hasn't been any new leads as of now.

We truly hope the person or persons responsible for the attack will be apprehended. The climate of racial tension in our country right now, we do not need to pour gasonline on the fire. No pun intended.
