Monday on Conversations with Jason Cooper

courtesy TommysHeart.org

Mary Smith, co-host of I Can Build That, will be on the show. Smith, along with her husband Jonathan and son Jacob, started the Thomas Smith Memorial Foundation in honor of their late son and brother, who passed away unexpectedly in 2011 at the age of 17 from an undiagnosed, enlarged heart. Smith will be talking about the progress the foundation has made in setting up free heart screenings for middle and high school students, the recent donation they gave to Hurley Medical Center and an upcoming Teen Health Check.

I’ll also be taking your calls, discuss the local and state news, and feature the regular weekly Community Calendar segment.
