The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) invites the public to attend an informational meeting regarding upcoming construction on I-69 from I-475 to M-15 in the cities of Flint and Burton. The meeting is an open forum so that residents can learn more and give their input about road work to enhance safety, to increase ride quality and provide congestion relief on I-69. Some of the construction topics that will be addressed are road ramp reconstruction on I-69 from M-54 (Dort Highway) to Center Road, the CSX railroad, Averill Avenue and Center Road Bridge improvements.

The meeting will be held at the Mass Transportation Authority Robert J. Foy Adminstrative and Training Facility located at 1401 South Dort Highway in Flint on Thursday, December 12, 2013 from 4 to 6 p.m. MDOT staff will be available to answer any questions.
