Man Arrested at Grand Blanc Movie Theater Wearing Body Armor, Carrying Gun

NCGmovies.com

A man was arrested at the NCG Trillium movie theater in Grand Blanc Twp. on Tuesday night after someone noticed him wearing body armor and carrying a gun.

According to the Detroit News, an FBI spokesman says Cassidy Delavergne hasn’t been charged with crimes related to carrying the gun or the amount of ammunition he was carrying. He has however been charged with possessing a phony Central Intelligence Agency ID.

An FBI spokesperson refused to say whether Delavergne had planned to use the weapon. He allegedly told agents he displayed the fake ID to alleviate concerns about the gun and also claimed to have a concealed weapon permit.

He is custody.
