Local Meijer Store Evacuated After Threat of Gas Leak

A local Meijer store was evacuated on Wednesday night after reports of a gas leak.

According to WNEM, the Meijer store on Hill Road in Mundy Township was evacuated around 9 p.m. after reports of a natural gas smell. Consumers Energy was called to the scene and found no gas leak. The store was given the all clear to open around 10 p.m.
