Phil Mickelson shot a bogie free round of 64 yesterday to win at the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am. Mickelson, who was paired with Tiger, came back from six shots behind lead Charlie Wi and overtook both Wi and Tiger, who was just four strokes back but ended up faltering with a 75.

According to ESPN, Mickelson said it "was one of the more emotional victories for me then I've had." Mickelson's win was his 40th as a pro. He is now in ninth place in PGA Tour history.
