Kmart has announced plans to close five more of its Michigan stores by the end of the year. According to ABC 12, two of the five stores are located in Genesee County. The store on Miller Road in Flint Township and the store on North Belsay Road in Burton will shut their doors on December 7th. The remaining three stores are in the Detroit area. Sears Holdings says its closing the stores to reduce expenses and liquidations sales will begin September 28th.
