Kettering University continues their tradition in 2014 of bringing provocative films to Flint. The Global Issues Film Festival is also sponsored by Mott Community College and UM-Flint. This event is free of charge and will be held at Mott Community College in the Regional Technology Center Auditorium. The Global Issues Film Festival will be held from April 25 - 27 2014. The films that will be shown are:

  • Windfall on Friday, April 25 at 7 p.m.
  • Happy People: A Year in the Taiga on Saturday, April 26 at 3:00 p.m.
  • Nothing Like Chocolate on Saturday, April 26 at 7:00 p.m.
  • Forks Over Knives on Sunday, April 27 at 3:00 p.m.

The films are from independent filmmakers from around the globe, representing a variety of voices and view points. This is a fun and free event you don't want to miss!
