The state may have shut down the distribution sites, but local churches and organizations are stepping up instead. 

There are still 12,000 residents in the city of Flint who have not yet had their pipes replaced, yet the state claims that the water is fine and have shut down all of the water distribution sites permanently.

Per usual, leave it to Flintstones to help each other out. The following churches and organizations are distributing bottled water, along with times and dates:

WEST COURT STREET CHURCH OF GOD
2920 W Court St. Flint, MI 48503
is developing a plan to continue water distribution. There will be a logistics meeting on Wednesday April 11th @ 6PM in our fellowship hall (Door 9 on Beecher side). Water will be available at their current POD location.

FIRST TRINITY MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH 
1226 Beach St, Flint, MI 48502
will be providing FREE water to the residents of Flint on Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 2pm.

METROPOLITAN BAPTIST TABERNACLE 
930 E Myrtle Ave. Flint, Mi 48505
Starting on Wednesday, April 18th, 2018 Metropolitan will provide FREE water to Flint residents from 10am - 2pm. This will occur every Wednesday thereafter.

CATHEDRAL OF FAITH MINISTRIES
6031 Dupont Flint, MI 48505
will be distributing water on Saturday, April 14th from 11am - 2pm.

FLINT MUSLIM FOOD PANTRY
