Governor Rick Snyder has announced a series of town hall meetings across the state leading up to the November election. Snyder will take questions from residents at the meetings entitled  "Road to Recovery: The Next Four Years." Snyder's campaign staff made the announcement of plans to host 10 open forums, the first of which will be next week in Kalamazoo. Snyder previously held town hall meetings in his 2010 campaign. Snyder's campaign has said his opponent, Mark Schauer, is welcome to appear with the governor at the events and also take questions. However, there would be no ground rules as typically laid out for debates. As of right now, there are no scheduled debates between the opponents.
