A report says that General Motors could soon move production of a truck model made in Mexico to Flint.

According to WNEM, a handout given to workers at the Flint assembly plant says work on the Silverado crew cab in Silao, Mexico will soon end and move back to Flint. The move could increase the amount of shifts available for workers at the Flint plant. The plant already builds the Silverado and Sierra HD pickups.

There is no confirmation yet from General Motors or the local union representing the workers in Flint.
