Genesys Offers Women Only Weight Loss Program

Genesys Athletic Club (GAC) is offering a 12-week weight loss program exclusively for women. Entitled Renew , the program is personally customized for each woman participating.

The 12 weeks of Renew will be packed with help and support to guide women on a successful path to a lifetime of health and wellness. Personalized wellness coaching, continuous support and encouragement, education on nutrition, emotional eating and daily exercise classes are all part of the Renew package. Wellness coaches emphasize small lifestyle changes and reachable goals.
