Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton has announced that a jury has convicted a 19-year-old Flint man of murder in connection to a fatal shooting of a customer outside a local liquor store.

Aaron Dominique Ivory was charged and convicted of three felonies including First Degree Murder, Armed Robbery and Felony Firearm related to the December 2, 2013 shooting of 42-year-old Lace Pavlow outside the Beecher Beer and Wine Store on Saginaw Street in Mt. Morris Township. In a statement, Leyton said "the victim was a husband and father of a young child whose life was cut far too short by an armed robber's bullet."

Ivory, who face life in prison without the possibility of parole, is scheduled to be sentenced on November 10th.
