Olympic hopeful Claressa Shields is still in the hunt for a spot on the 2012 Olympic Team according to the Detroit News.

The Flint boxer lost a preliminary bout on Sunday at the women's world championships in China. The good news is the other four entrants from the America's - North, Central and South - also lost their preliminary bouts.

The 17-year-old Shields is now one of three boxers vying for one of the final two spots.
