Flint to Flush Fire Hydrants Through Weekend

The City of Flint's Water Service Center has announced they will be flushing fire hydrants throughout the city beginning today and continuing through the weekend. A news release from the city says the hydrant flushing is part of regular maintenance to enhance the circulation of water in the system. The Water Service Center says the hydrant flushing will be ongoing throughout the fall and will have no effect on residents or businesses.
