Flint Police: Driver Purposefully Ran Over One, Accidentally Hit Another [Video]

Flint Police are investigating a hit and run that took place on Thursday afternoon on the city's north side. According to ABC 12, police say the driver, who hit two people, only meant to hit one. The driver was going after a woman when hitting another.  The woman is in critical condition while the other suffer minor injuries. The driver, who fled the scene, did not get far losing control of the car and flipping it over before coming to rest on a lawn.
