Flint Councilman Eric Mays Found Guilty in Wrong-Way Driving Case [Video]

A jury has found Flint city councilman Eric Mays guilty in a wrong-way driving case from two years ago.

According to ABC 12, the jury said Mays was "visibly impaired" while driving down the wrong way down I-475 in November 2013. Mays had just won a recount after being elected 1st ward councilman. Mays will have to complete a substance abuse assessment at Catholic Charities within seven days. Mays said he will do it right away, then decide on whether to appeal the decision.
